We need help from everyone in 7 simple ways:

  • Bake a cake for the cake stall (A few days prior to the Fair)
  • Donate an item as part of your class hamper in the silent auction (2 weeks prior to Fair)
  • Donate unwanted and unused books and Trash and Treasure to sell at  our stalls (From start of school)
  • Each family to come along to the Fair & purchase wristbands for rides
  • Complete at least 1 shift on a stall
  • Stay for dinner and drinks and enjoy the evening entertainment.

What's on?

  • We’ve got heaps of rides suitable for all ages and tickets are priced accordingly.  Refer to Amusement link for details on pricing and purchasing.
  • Come and enjoy dinner and drinks, we are the only bar open in Surrey Hills. The bar will be open until 10pm and Ben the Butcher and Saint Barry will be providing delicious meals.  There will be extra seating available for families and we will be having a supervised movie in the OSHC house for younger children between 6pm and 9pm.
  • We have some great prizes for the Silent Auction again this year.  Bidding will close at 5:30pm.  Please consider donating to this great fundraiser.
  • We have an awesome raffle this year, with fabulous prizes including a $1000 travel voucher from Hello World and a city escape package including theatre tickets and a night at a luxurious hotel.
  • Our famous Trash and Treasure stall is back again and we are accepting donations up until Friday 24th February 2017.  In 2017 we will be introducing ‘Happy Hour’ get a bag and fill it with as much treasure as you can for $10.00.
  • Again we have our amazing stalls offering a variety of goods and services coming from our school community.
